Hey you guys, thanks for following my blog! I have not been very faithful with it lately, but I sure hope to get it going a lot more consistent in the next few days/weeks.

Well, the sad news in the Dalton home lately is having to put down our beloved pet, Valentine. She was our dog before me so I have never known life without her. It was so sad going to the vet and watch her, with tears in all our eyes ( even the vet, she had been our vet for our dog all the time we had her) watch her drain the life out of the dog we all so loved. She was a very old dog, 16, but only until the last couple of months did we see a drastic change in her. She needed some mouth surgery, but it was too expensive for a dog who we knew would die in a matter of months regardless. She was the most loyal dog you have ever heard of, the joy of the whole family. When I was a baby she would lick my face and act like a second mother to all us kids. She was such an amazing dog, I could go on about how sweet and trusting, faithful dog she was, but I could never fully capture who she was unless you had seen her. Loved by us all she we will be remembered!

Happier news, I am going to get a macbook here in the next few hours!!! I am super excited about that. We will see if the guy co-operates with us. ;] I would love to start a book once I get the macbook! I will try and work on my book 1 hour a day! Pray I will be able to do that!! It is such a long project that will take years to accomplish, why not start now when my ideas are fresh?

Again, I am truly sorry about the picture delay on choir tour and recent happenings around here! It has been such a pain with malfunctioning computers. We will see if the new computer I will buy tonight ( keep your fingers crossed ) will work more then the one I am currently using to get the pictures on here!

It has been so beautiful lately I am so glad the weather is nice. We are going camping this weekend starting tomorrow late afternoon until friday afternoon, with our church! Thank you Lord for the gorgeous weather we have been having!! I hope it is fun for everyone and there is as little accidents as can happen in a big group going camping! This is our first year in going with our church to the family camp out. Which is strange because we have been in this church for, wow, like 7 years! We have just always been really busy at about that time! So we are excited about going this year.

Babysitting several times a week now, slowing down just a little. I just love babysitting. Being with kids is my all time favorite. I am happy to be helping with VBS with my church in a couple of weeks. I will be working with the kindergarten kiddos. Should be pretty fun!

I am a freshmen the year in highschool. It gets tough sometimes but, hey, it's highschool, who said highschool was easy! I have been doing a lot of school lately, trying to get it done before the Summer. We missed several months because of moving so me and Jolie will have to be going into the Summer a little bit.

Choir tour!!

This last week ( for one week ) I went on a tour with my choir! My sisters and I sing in Reflections Concert Choir! ( a christian, homeschool choir ) Every tuesdays for 2 hours practice. We do a lot of concerts and day practices, but the big once a year to-do for choir is choir tour! About 85 of 90 of us went! We had a lot of fun! Most of the time was spent traveling in the bus! We went to Tennessee, Kentucky and Missouri! Some of the places we visited was a shaker village ( I believe in Kentucky ) and a newly built creation museum! ( which was amazing and really large! )
I would have to say the best place we sang at was when we say as the prelude for the show SIX. If you don't know who they are they are a group of six brothers (out of ten :O) who sing and make noises for instruments! They were AMAZING!! I can not believe that we sang before them! :D We sang about 6 concerts in total, we were going to sing in 7 concerts but one got cancelled out of the blue! We had a lot of faintings and health issues on the way though! More than usual! But, other than that ;) we had a ton of fun! It was a great opportunity for spreading the news! :)

I have not said anything in a while because we lost power for almost three days! we had a really heavy snow, it was awesome, but cold!! It was a white wonderland all around! The most we have had in a long time in Texas!!! Amazing!

Hey you guys! I am currently trying to post some more pictures of when I was in Tennessee, if it will work that is! I tried twice but it is malfunctioning. So, whenever it decides it wants to work I will post the part 2, to the Tennessee visit!

Hey guys,
I have been quite busy this week!! I have had in a week span 5 babysitting jobs after tonight. Today we had two babysitting jobs. It was a little hectic with 10 kids but me and my sisters made it through. I love taking care of kids, they are awesome. I can not wait to see what the Lord has in store for me when I get older. It is a gorgeous day!!! I am truly thankful to God for letting it be great, sunny days in babysitting season! :D

One of my new years resolutions was to cook a lot of dishes by myself. the beggining

Hello everyone! This is my first blogger so hang in there with me. :)

I will start out with wrapping up my life before blogger in a nutshell.

For my first six years of my life I lived in a little home in the city. Me and my family however out-grew that home after a little while. We moved into somewhat country. We lived 8 happy years in that home until we moved for the third time into my current home, that we moved into just a few months ago. We moved my dads business into our home so currently it's a little crazy trying to juggle moving in and moving my dads business in and school on top of that! I am the 4Th child out of the Dalton home.

Jonathan is the oldest [21] then Jenna [18] then Jolie [16] then me, the youngest being 14.

I love my family and my King very much. I have st rived to glorify Him in all that I do, although I am very imperfect. I became I Christain at a very young age of 5, but since then I have come to realize that I am so lost without Him, I will stick by His side always. He is my friend, Lord and Savior in my life! I want to honor Him by the way I live and wish to be looked at by my friends, family and any stranger, a young lady of the Lord!
